We're building the F&B hiring platform that the UAE deserves — beyond WhatsApp groups, beyond generic job boards.

Why we exist

Restaurants, cafés and hotels across the UAE hire through scattered WhatsApp groups, walk-ins, and word-of-mouth. Candidates send the same CV via WhatsApp 20 times a day. No-one knows who's reliable. No-one knows who's already hired. There's no structure, no trust, no scale.

JoinFnB is built specifically for F&B in the UAE. We understand POS systems, brunch service, MoHRE permits, part-time visa restrictions, and the difference between a chef de partie and a commis chef. We're not a general job board pretending to know the industry.

• UAE-first beats global. Visa filters, Arabic content, and local payment rails matter.

Where we are

We're a small team based in Dubai, working closely with our first 100 Founding Partner venues to build something that actually works. The mobile app follows the website. We're patient about the foundation and aggressive about iteration.
